Why buy from us?
A. We know we are not the lowest price online store, so why should you buy from us?

1) Reputation- we have been in business for 16 years. We are the biggest exporter in "DaFen Oil Painting Village". We have our own galleries in many cities.

2) Quality- many middlemen will tell you they produce paintings of different quality levels. That is only because they buy from different factories and then sell to you. We only supply paintings with one consistent standard: museum quality.

3) Creativity- although we can reproduce any type of paintings, we focus our effort on original artwork. We have our own R&D center; we keep seeking talented artists and encourage them to create instead of copying artwork.

4) Price- our artwork is not the cheapest, but the price is still very affordable.
How about the quality?
We only offer artwork of museum quality, 100% satisfaction guarantee! (See pictures of different texture below and also return policy)
Do you have stock?
Most items are made to order only. If an item has stock, you will see the number of "in stock" in the item description. However, we can not guarantee that there is still a stock while you place the order as some items are selling quickly.
How long to fulfill the order?
If a 100% hand-painted oil painting is out of stock, we promise to ship it within 15 days after receiving your order. For enhanced giclee, it will only take 3 days to produce.
About package
Paintings can be packed in two different ways of your choice. 1) Paintings are rolled and packed in a tube 2) Paintings are professionally stretched (stapled in back) and ready to hang! For delivery, paintings are first wrapped in bubble bags, then packed in cartons to ship. However, this packing method will incur more shipping charge (See pictures below)




About payment
We accept PAYPAL, credit cards (via PAYPAL), bank wire and 3D VISA online. For other payment methods, please contact us for separate arrangement.
About delivery
We normally use couriers such as EMS or DHL to ship the artwork, which will take 3 to 10 days to arrive your door. For large orders, we recommend to ship by air or sea to save freight cost. Please contact us for separate arrangement.
About freight
To ship by EMS or DHL, our online shopping system will automatically calculate the freight for you. You will know exactly how much it costs to ship by couriers. To ship by air or sea, please contact us for more details.
About import duty
Generally, our customers will not have to pay duty on personal items less than $500 in value and oil paintings do not incur import duty in most countries. However, please contact your local customs if you have any question about it. You are responsible for paying legal duty or tax in your country. And if in rare case, your order is confiscated by your local customs for any reason, YJ-ART.COM accepts no liability or responsibility.
Delivery delay & lost shipment
In order to receive your artwork timely, please ensure your delivery address and contact phone no. is correct. Otherwise, shipment may be delayed or returned to our distribution center. In rare case, the shipment can be lost in transit. If it is a lost shipment, a replacement order will be processed and shipped immediately. However, if the original shipment is returned to our distribution center because the delivery address and phone no. you provided are wrong, you need to re-pay the shipping fee for re-sending the order.
Return policy
As promised, we offer you 100% satisfaction guarantee! When you receive your paintings, please DO check carefully before signing the courier receipt. If you find any damage on the artwork, please do NOT accept the parcel and advise us the problem immediately. We will look into the issue and give you a satisfactory reply ASAP.In the unlikely event, if you are NOT satisfied with our artwork for any other reason, you must let us know within 5 days of receipt for a refund authorization. You must return it in the same condition within 5 days from the date we issue the refund authorization code. We will refund you within 5 working days once we receive the returned artwork. The refund amount= Order total amount- freight cost Please note we will not be responsible for any shipping cost incurred by the return unless it is our fault, and unauthorized returns will NOT be processed.
